PROGRAMME
THE BORING BUT VERY USEFUL INFORMATION
AIRPORT
Dunedin Airport is the only port servicing Dunedin however international delegates will be landing at our international arrival ports in Auckland or Christchurch.
Our partner travel agent is Vincent George Travel, the team at VGT will be able to assist with international bookings, currently it appears booking inbound international flights is less expensive when booked in New Zealand rather than overseas, this may chnage and it would pay to do a comparison.
BANKING FACILITIES
Trading banks are open Monday - Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm.
ATMs (automatic teller machines) are widely available around the University campus and in the Dunedin CBD.
CURRENCY
All symposium costs are quoted in NZ Dollars to check conversion rates against your own currency we recommend XE.

WEATHER
Aotearoa 'Land of the long white cloud" New Zealand. Temperatures in New Zealand are generally mild, but the weather can vary a lot around the country and might change quickly as we are a relatively narrow island nation. Locals like to joke that you can experience four seasons in one day! It pays to be prepared for what you might encounter on your travels.
